Founder & Executive Director
Dani is the Founder and CEO of Justice for Dakota Foundation™, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to protecting children, empowering families, and strengthening communities through advocacy, education, prevention, and collaboration.
A Nationally Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with 15+ years of healthcare experience, Dani combines her clinical background with training in behavioral health, trauma-informed care, hospice, Alzheimer’s/dementia, positive behavior supports, and human research.
Dani is pursuing a dual degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Criminal Justice to further her work in child advocacy and systems reform.
Rooted in a family legacy of educators, veterans, healthcare professionals, and civic leaders, Dani carries forward a tradition of faith, education, and service.
Her passion for advocacy became deeply personal through her experience protecting her own child, inspiring her to transform adversity into a mission of support for children and families.
Through the Foundation, Dani promotes collaboration among healthcare professionals, educators, law enforcement, child advocacy organizations, nonprofits, faith communities, and policymakers.
Dani also serves as a Green Badge Volunteer with the Hazelwood School District and has been recognized for her community leadership and service, with her work featured in publications including Bold Journey, Voyage STL, and CanvasRebel.
As a mother, healthcare professional, author, advocate, and leader, Dani remains guided by one powerful belief:

Our work is rooted in our Faith and guided by the Belief that every child is created in the image of God and deserves Protection, Dignity, Compassion, and Hope.
We believe we are called to defend the Vulnerable, Serve with Humility, pursue Justice, and demonstrate God's Love through action.
While our mission is Faith-Driven, our services are offered with Compassion and Respect to Every Child and Family, regardless of religious affiliation or background.
